Dawson Ranch Homeowners are not required to be members of our HOA; however, we need your involvement and membership to help keep Dawson the great place it is!
With the 520 homes in Dawson Ranch, we are almost like our own little city up here in the hills. There is a volunteer HOA board overseeing a volunteer HOA; for any of you with experience with HOA’s, I am sure you can imagine this creates some interesting experiences for us all.
The HOA Board works to maintain the quality of life that we all envisioned when moving here. Some of the everyday things that we invest our time, energy and finances in are:
- Maintenance of Entrances to Dawson
- Monitor all properties to ensure compliance with the covenants
- Maintain a good relationship with the City, County and various agencies of the State of Colorado
- Provide member only communication and benefits
- Maintain responsible annual budget and expenditures for the HOA
