When it's time to build or renovate, it's time for Architectural Approval
The Approving Authority (AA) are three appointed HOA Board members that permanently serve the Dawson Ranch Planned Development District through ensuring adherence to the covenants in accordance with Article V, Section 501 of the Dawson Ranch covenants.
The members of the Approving Authority are subject to an annual vote of confidence by a simple majority vote of all members of the Dawson Ranch HOA.
Whenever a member of the Approving Authority shall resign or be unwilling or unqualified to act, the remaining members or member, shall appoint a successor(s) to fill the existing vacancies.
The Approving Authority have decision making responsibilities regarding enforcement of the restrictive covenants.
These decisions include (but are not limited to):
- Architectural building review of all planned builds to maintain continuity with look, colors, and building materials
- Investigating and enforcing covenant violations brought to the board’s attention
- Interpreting the true intent or meaning of the restrictive covenants on gray or non-specific issues.
